I don’t know where to start! Every time we are on the highway and see an Airstream trailer my wife and I always talk about staying in one. When I found Dotti, the mini Airstream, I knew I had to book it. I was excited that we were lucky enough to stay in it. It kind of reminded me of the HGTV tiny house series. What a blast. We were met by Mike who was great. He showed us around and explained how everything worked. It was hard to choose between the kayaks, paddle boards or canoes. We picked a canoe and used the life jackets and fishing supplies that were readily available to us. After fishing in the canoes we started our fire and grilled our brats on the gas grill. After dinner we made s’mores under the party lights. Valerie and Mike already had the metal campfire skewers waiting for us, they thought of everything. I can’t wait to stay there again!”

This hidden gem has a wonderful parklike setting around a 3-acre lake. They have lots of canoes and kayaks along with hammocks and tree swings make this a not-to-be-missed experience. The airstreams surrounding the property make it feel like 1955. The kids spent a lot of time on the slide into the water as well.
I’d like to go back and rent an Airstream, stay overnight and roast s’mores over the campfire!”

I wish there were a Dotti and Progress Park in every city! It was simply wonderful to be there by the water yet so close to the city. It was perfect in every way, Mike and Val are amazing hosts. The real bathroom was great so we had the best of both, camping and a nice facility. The thoughtful touches were really nice, wood in fire pit, s’mores items already in fridge, access to the fishing poles and kayaks. If only it was warm enough for swimming! I want to go back every weekend! Thanks for everything!”

If you are looking for an amazing place to have a Birthday party, family reunion, or any other event, this place is SO fun. The owners have materialized their incredible vision for this place, to make it a space for family and friends who want to get away from it all in the city. You can hike, kayak, fish, swim, camp, or stay in their beautifully restored airstreams or cabins.
We have had the opportunity to spend a lot of time here with our family, and it is truly magical.”

We loved the entire day!!! Kids had a blast in the lake despite it rained all day. So much to do and so secluded. Feel like you have escaped the city but only 10-15 minutes from home!”

We absolutely loved every second! This is such a hidden gem in Louisville. It is just minutes away from local stores and restaurants but you feel like you are out of the city. The airstream is decorated beautifully and they have thought of everything you could possibly need. Our boys are already begging to go back! They loved roasting s’mores, catching fish, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, sliding, playing on the playground, wrestling on the large water mat and snuggling up in the airstream at night. We will cherish the memories forever and can’t wait to return!”

When you are at the park you feel like you are miles away from home, and you have traveled only minutes. My kids unplug from electronics and wear themselves out simply playing.”

Really nice place, and a perfect little Airstream trailer. Place was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked as it should. While I didn’t have time to get to the boating, it looks inviting. Even if you don’t go on the pond, the fire pit and s’mores action will give you a nice rustic experience in this big Southern city. No complaints.”

Adorable, fun, and unique. The airstream was perfect with very modern updates. Progress park is the perfect little getaway. I wish it had been summer so we could have taken advantage of the kayaks and the water. Valerie and Mike were very accommodating and helpful. The bed was super comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need. Anyone looking for something outside of the same old hotel room will love this experience.”
