We are a 12 acre glamping & event concept with 5 different areas for private event rental.

We have options for indoor, outdoor or a mix of the both.
Something unique to our venue, is that you can also sleep up to 65 guests on-site after your event to keep the FUN going!
No matter which space you’re renting, you’ll be met with stunning views and a

THE LAKE HOUSE
6hr rental w/ access at 3pm.

- Accommodates up to 75 guests
- Open concept kitchen w/ island
- Patio with gas grill, firepit & wood
- 40x20 Tent with 4 picnic tables
- Commercial ice machine
- Overnight stay for up to 10 people
- Additional bathroom access
- Shared access to lawn games

THE PAVILION
4hr event rental.
Rental includes:
- Accommodates up to 50 guests
- 30x60 covered pavilion
- 6 picnic tables
- Gas grill w/propane
- Firepit w/ wood & lighter
- Bathroom access
- Pickle ball court
- Access to lawn games
- Options w/ and w/out beach access

MON-THUR: $550-$775

THE GROVE
6hr event rental
- Accommodates up to 100 guests
- Includes time for set-up/breakdown
- Private access to entire Grove
(60x30 pavilion, beach & lawn games)
- (2) Life guards (may need add'l pending headcount)
- Water/electric
- Propane grill
- Picnic tables & Adirondack chairs
- Lawn games (shuffleboard, cornhole, chess, pickleball, & more)

THE EVENT CENTER
Accommodates up to 300 seated guests
*Events over 300 are possible with off site parking/shuttling arranged by client

- 10,000 sq. ft. event space. Conditioned w/ open air capability.
- Front courtyard & wrap around, covered patios
- Laser projector
- 2 multi-use suites
- (38) 5’ round tables, (6) 6ft, (15) 8ft tables & 325 white chairs
- Catering prep space w/ sink, walk-in cooler & ice machine
- 2 stages & 3 bar areas
- Ample bathroom access
- Lawn games
- Open vendor policy
- Facility staffing (setup/teardown, garbage, parking)

PRIVATE PARK RENTAL
Private rental of the entire 12 acre property.
Includes all 11 rental units & exterior areas.
Rental includes:
- Check in time: 3pm on the first day
- Check out time: 11am on the last day
- 11 reserved units, sleeping up to 65 guests
- Covered Pavilion (60x30)
- Firepit and firewood
- Picnic tables & adirondacks chairs
- Commercial ice machine
- Community lawn games, hiking trail, and playground
- Beach & Boating access
Houses:
- Lake House (Sleeps 8-10)
- 502 House (Sleeps 8-10)
- Bunk House (Sleeps 6-7)
Airstreams:
Grace (Sleeps 5-6), Stella (Sleeps 5-6), Gigi (Sleeps 5-6)
