We are a 12 acre glamping & event venue with multiple locations for private events.

THE EVENT CENTER
Accommodates up to 300 seated guests
*Events over 300 are possible with off site parking/shuttling arranged by client

- 10,000 sq. ft. event space. Conditioned w/ open air capability.
- Front courtyard & wrap around, covered patios
- Laser projector
- 2 multi-use suites
- 60" round tables, 6ft & 8ft tables, white resin chairs
- Catering prep space with tables, sink, walk-in & ice machine
- 2 stages & 3 bar areas
- Ample bathroom access
- Lawn games
- Facility staffing (setup/teardown, garbage, parking)

THE LAKE HOUSE
6hr rental w/ access at 3pm.

- 40x20 Tent with 6 picnic tables
- Commercial ice machine
- Overnight stay for up to 10 people
- Additional bathroom access
- Access to lawn games

THE GROVE

- Includes time for set-up/breakdown

PRIVATE PARK RENTAL
Private rental of the entire 12 acre property.
Includes all 11 rental units as well as all event spaces.
Rental includes:
- Check in time: 3pm
- Check out time: 11am
- 11 reserved units
- Covered Pavilion (60x30)
- Firepit and firewood
- Picnic tables & adirondacks chairs
- Commercial ice machine
- Community lawn games, hiking trail, and playground
Houses:
- Lake House (Sleeps 8-10)
