Q. Is this a campground we can bring our own camper to?
A. NO. We only rent out our airstreams & houses on property.
Q. What time is check in/check out?
A. CHECK-IN TIME: 3:00 p.m. CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 a.m.
Q. Do you offer early check in/late check out?
A. We are unable to offer EARLY check in or LATE check out. Our cleaners & property staff truly need every minute between guests to have the property ready for the next group checking in. Thanks for your understanding!
Q. Will you send us check-in info?
A. Yes, you will receive a message via Airbnb for glamping reservations or an email for private events, before noon, the morning of your arrival.
Q. Is there parking on site?
A. YES. There is a large parking area to the right of the main entrance, for Grace & Gigi Airstream guests. If renting the 502 house or Lake House you can park right in front of your house. If renting the Gladys, Peal, Marie, Dotti, Stella Airstreams or the Bunk House you can park in the gravel lot in the back right corner of the property.

Q. Are you close to Churchill Downs, KY Expo Center, Convention Center & Downtown?
A. YES! We are:
- 9 miles from Churchill Downs
- 6 miles from KY Expo Center
- 11 miles from KY International Convention Center
Q. Is access to Boating & Swimming included in our rental?
A. YES, boat rentals are included. We have 4 beaches, all of which have their own canoes, kayaks & paddle boards.
Q. Is there a lifeguard on duty?
A. NO. We do not have a life guard on duty. Swimming is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.
Q. Do I have to wear a life jacket? Should we bring our own?
A. ALL 18 AND UNDER MUST WEAR A LIFE JACKET. We have a selection of sizes on hand, first come first served, so when in doubt, please bring your own.
Q. What beach will we use during our stay?
We have 4 beaches on property. Guests from our 10 rental units will be spread amongst those beaches, with 2-3 groups per beach. Beach assignments will be given with your check in instructions. Assignments vary depending on the size of groups/events happening on property during your stay. Typically the Gigi & Grace use Buechel Beach, the Lake House & 502 House share the Point beach, and the other 6 get assigned to the back 2 beaches. Each rental unit will be provided a wagon to tote their beach gear to and from!
Q. Can we rent your property for a large group event or wedding?

Q. What types of activities are available.
A. There’s so much to do, you won’t want to leave! All guests have access to kayaking, canoeing, paddle boarding, swimming, playground, tree swing, horseshoes, basketball, volleyball, shuffleboard, gaga ball & corn hole. Catch & release fishing is allowed, but guests must bring their own gear and bait. If renting the 502 House you’ll also have a game room basement with Ping Pong, darts, air hockey & pop a shot.
Q. What amenities are included?
A. We strive to provide an all inclusive glamping experience. Each rental will include: access to all boats/life jackets, firepit with one bundle of wood, s’mores skewers, charcoal grill with 6-8lb of charcoal & lighter fluid (unless renting the Lake House or 502 the grills are gas), all bedding & bath towels (please bring your own beach towels), coffee, ice machine, shampoo/cond/body wash, TP & PT, fully stocked kitchen supplies, and TVs with Hulu/Netflix.
Q. What do I need to bring?
A. Clothes, food, beach towels & sunscreen. We try to take care of the rest!
Q. Do the airstreams & bunk house have a bathroom?
A. All units have their own FULL private bathroom, except The Grace & Dotti airstreams. Dotti & Grace each have their own private TOILET, but for showering you’ll use the shared full bath that is just a few steps away. Please see the map HERE for an idea of proximity.
Q. Do you allow pets?
A. While we are huge animal lovers, we do NOT allow pets on property. Thank you for your understanding.
